Three tips for the savvy home buyer!
Hi. I'm Danielle Scott with Keller Williams Realty. I'm going to go over three tips that may help you if you're looking to buy a home.
First, you want to get pre-approved because: A, you want to know how much you can afford; and, B, the seller of the house you fall in love with will want to know that you're in the position to obtain financing.
Second, do not move money around three to six months prior to purchasing a home. You do not want to open a can of worms with that lender because it could cause a delay or possibly a denial in your loan.
The last thing I keep hearing about is people stressing about the market. Don't try and time the market, unless you have a crystal ball. Real estate is cyclical. The perfect time to buy a house is when you can afford it, and you find the one you were in love with.
